2017 review lazypigpassion

It’s already 2018! Time to take a moment to reflect on 2017. 2017 has been a fruitful year. A lot of new projects, like Foodventures with Lazy Penguin. Oh well, that’s it actually. Restaurant reviews already existed since 2014 on the blog… Did you know my first post is a restaurant review about a burger […]

In 2016 I started blogging on a weekly regular base. In the beginning it was hard to keep posting something every week, because I don’t feel the pressure of a deadline. So there are some months which only have two posts in stead of 4 or 5. In total I have posted 53 posts in 2016. That is […]

This brush ‘Old Beach’ (Artistic) in #procreate creates a beautiful background pattern. It reminds me of the Chinese calligraphy paintings. Here are some noodles for you. Had a Subway sandwich this weekend. I forgot how delicious it was. Ate it a lot when I was younger. Good old times. It’s almost Lazy Bear’s birthday! I don’t want to come out of my roll. It’s nice and toasty here. Today metro sketching instead of train sketching. Beautiful sky. The best burger 🍔 New YouTube video! In December 2022 we went on a no-plan food tour in Utrecht and we started at Voglia where we learned about sourdough pizza. And then we ate it! Too bad Voglia is closed today (sorry, I was taking my time with the editing), but it was a delicious soft gooey pizza with blue cheese, spicy honey and onions. Watch the whole video on YouTube. Link in bio. Yummy brunch @koppigbrunchcafe in Tilburg. Dishes: the Koppig poached egg avocado toast and Pablo pulled chicken sandwich. The poached egg was nice and gooey. It has this truffle and special Koppig sauce, which was 😚👌. The pulled chicken was so juicy and it had all kinds of toppings and extra stuff to make a bite even more exiting. Lots of flavours and textures on this dish. Highly recommend this brunch place in Tilburg! 🍳🥑🥓🍞 My favourite biang biang noodles place is @catedak. The noodles are still delicious even when taken home.
