Long long time ago, we went to Utrecht and visited Voglia (a sourdough pizza place), Sec/Libre Cave (a natural wine shop) and Papi’s Comfort Kitchen (a sandwich place). It was a fun food tour and we learned a lot about natural fermented food. Enjoy the video!
